This is "Les Croix-De-Feu" ("The Cross Of Fire"), a martial song of the "Croix-de-Feu" ("Cross of Fire"), a French Nationalist league established by Colonel François de La Rocque in 1927.
The Croix-de-Feu was nationalist league during the Interwar period in France, established by Colonel François de La Rocque in 1927, the CDF consisted of many veterans of the Great War, and marched alongside a coalition of rightest parties and leagues against France's leftist governments and Marxist-wrought societal chaos during the 1930s. The movement also sought to rebuild the French military strength in preparation for a war against Germany.
The league was abolished in 1936 by Léon Blum due to taking part in the 1934 rally against the government - which led to the fall of the leftist "Cartels de Gauche", in response to this de la Rocque established the "Parti Social Français" (PSF; French Social Party), a more moderate nationalist movement which won considerable success before disappearing around the time of the Fall of France, with de la Rocque joining the French Resistance.
The flag is based on that of the armbands worn by members of the Croix-de-Feu during parades.
