The Peruvian-born Marcela Velasco considers herself to be a Galactic Shaman. She is led around the Earth to various sacred sites by various kinds of ET's and Light Beings in order to open or close energetic and/or dimensional portals to either restrict or enhance the flow of particular spiritual energies.
