Fishers For Christ: Vol. 2 - The True Gospel of Jesus Christ | From Genesis to Revelation | TRAILER
This is my 2nd video apart of my Fishers For Christ Series and my most important one to date clocking in at around 1Hr 30 Min to 2+ Hours. We will be diving into the Gospel of Jesus Christ as present throughout the entire biblical cannon. The Gospel of Jesus Christ has not changed. He reiterated the same message as presented to us by the Prophets before Him and then some whilst He was here on Earth in the Flesh as God Incarnate Himself, conceived of the Holy Spirit.
We will be discussing and examining what Repentance truly means, the Law of Moses for those that Follow Christ, the Old Covenant and the New Covenant in full context. Modern day churches do not preach against sin. They say to "believe in Jesus and go and sin some more" whereas Jesus says "Repent & believe and go and sin no more."
The prophets preached the same message of Repentance. The Old Testament had animal sacrifices that were performed by faith because faith without works is dead, for the atonement of sins awaiting the one True Sacrifice that would indeed pay it all so that we can be reconciled to the Father once again and have Fellowship with the Lord. Jesus not only gave us new commandments, He gave us Commands to Follow on top of that. It's all about Morals & Faith. Letting Jesus guide you through His Spirit onto Everlasting Life.
Jesus's life mirrors the Christian Walk. He showed us how to walk in His footsteps and now it's on us to Follow Him or turn our backs on Him. The ball is in our court. He may of paid it all and wiped the slate clean but now we must stay with alongside Him so we don't go astray. We still have freewill but if you're serious and start taking the baby steps to Repent, forsake your sin and crucify your flesh, He is Faithful and Just and has the authority to forgive you, guide you and will never forsake you. He does not give up on those who Fall. We are to GET UP and take up our cross, and Follow Him and endure until the very end.
If this wasn't the case, we would not have Freewill to either accept Him or reject Him even after we start Following Him, but for those that are serious and want to go to the very end with Christ, He will not leave you. If you keep sinning and fall back to Babylon and decide you are more comfortable not Following Him in His footsteps He will depart from you as you departed from Him. It's not about your performance friend, but your faith in Christ and the willingness to Humble yourself and forsake Sin. We are not sinless, ALL have sinned but He does ask us to be blameless and spotless at Judgement which can only be through Christ Jesus in You!
When we align our Will with the Father, Jesus is in-between us, guiding us, comforting us and will Test our Faith in Him to see if we are serious, as well as teach you along the way. Jesus did not say it would be easy, that there won't be hardships, that the road to Heaven is broad, but Narrow. The seriousness of Sin must be taken serious! Everyday we live our lives for Jesus, not for ourselves. We must be selfless and humble to Him and others as He was to the Lost, likewise we are to the World as well. We are not of this world, and therefore the World will hate ye for not following its ways.
Rejoice when ye are persecuted for our rewards in Heaven will be beyond measure of what we can receive here on Earth. Rejoice when they smite ye and hate ye for God our Father sees these things and will reward thee openly. He loves all and has a special place in His Heart for the Elect. We Follow Him, not conform to the World friends, we conform to Christ, Jesus. The Gospel is so simple, a 5 year old can understand it. Turn from Evil, don't do it, and Turn to Jesus and Follow Him & do what is Just and Right in His Eyes.
