Will Dr. Fauci Soon Turn on Trump?, 3026
When I first started covering this COVID-19 story I, like most of the world, thought that Dr. Anthony Fauci was a good guy, spending his life force in the public interest.
But then the connections between Dr. Fauci and big Pharma started to be revealed.
It’s true that big pharma does not always put the welfare of the public ahead of the profit motive. And, in fact, since they are all corporations, their leaders have a fiduciary responsibility to put corporate interests ahead of any other interest.
This is a basic problem with our capitalist system. But what are the alternatives? Socialism? Socialism only creates a bigger and even more insulated bureaucracy that tends to protect the biggest monopoly players in all fields of endeavor. No, the ideal system is to encourage maximum public involvement and minimum centralization of power with all these decisions, especially ones involving people’s own health and wealth.
That’s what monopoly governance does wrong – leaves the biggest decisions to the fewest – and wealthiest people. And guess what, the wealthiest – with the notable exception of our current President – don’t tend to make decisions to share that wealth.
Meanwhile, back to Dr. Fauci. There has never been a remedy for a big medical problem that was so obviously cheap, safe and effective as the hydroxychloroquine remedy is in this urgent situation.
But, unfortunately, there has never been a remedy that has been the object of such an obviously misguided propaganda campaign to steer people away from its use as HCQs has suffered of late.
This is when I realized that Dr. Fauci was not working in the public interest:
How could he have said that? Especially at a time when Mr. Trump was grasping at any and all possible solutions on behalf of a desperate nation.
It was so obvious. Fauci was trying to steer the nation towards a new, and very expensive drugs like Remdesivir, a new drug produced by Gilead Sciences.
Remdesivir caused “rapid recoveries in fever and respiratory symptoms with nearly all patients discharged in less than a week.” Says USA Today.
The story caused an 8.1% jump in Gilead’s stock price last Friday.
USA Today gushed:
“The entire world has been waiting for results from Gilead’s clinical trials, and positive results would likely lead to fast approvals by the Food and Drug Administration and other regulatory agencies.”
“If is safe and effective, it could become the first approved treatment against the disease.”
However, how long has it been tested for? A month?
And deep into a similar story in STAT News we find this interesting tidbit:
“The lack of a control arm in the study could make interpreting the results more challenging.”
In other words, this was not a controlled study. Hasn’t that been one of the complaints Dr. Fauci has made about recent studies of HCQ? But will we hear this from Dr. Fauci, himself? Very unlikely.
HCQ has been taken by billions of people over a period of the last 70 years. So will we have to wait 70 years to prove the long-term safety effects of Remdesivir? Absolutely not! And you can bet that Medicare will cover it no matter what the cost.
For contrast, Dr. Oz recently had the world’s leading rhematologist, Dr. Daniel Wallace, MD, on his show. But first, he discussed a fascinating study done in Wuhan, China, where this so-called “pandemic” began:
So, there’s the truth about HCQ? Safe and totally effective.
So this is a bunch of misinformation you are getting from Dr. Fauci, and it’s not stopping. There is a new study of VA hospital patients out this morning saying that HCQ is ineffective. So the propaganda goes on and will continue to go on until they stomp out anyone demanding HCQ to treat or prevent COVID-19 disease.
Again, if your doctor can’t get it because supplies are tight, or if you are a lupus sufferer, you can still get it at insulinhub.com.
Again, I’m not a physician. I’m just trying to show you a path to HCQs if your physician can’t get it for you. Here is the link to register:
If you don’t have a prescription, they can have a physician review this form and he may give you approval.
Mention the Still Report and you get 10% off if you spend $100 or more. And this applies to all medications, because in coming weeks, there could definitely be other medication shortages.
In any case, back to Dr. Fauci. Sundance, writing in TheConservativeTreeHouse.com put up another excellent piece on the Dr. Fauci situation yesterday.
He says that the reason Dr. Fauci is pulling back from the nightly Trump updates is:
“This step-back allows Dr. Fauci to better position himself for maximum political damage when the operatives deploy Fauci as an expert antagonist who recommended against re-opening; which frames the soon-to-be deployed ‘dangerous Trump‘ narrative.
“This political plan is helped by the virus having a greater negative impact on minorities. Thus the DNC media shall proc
