At Church on Father's Day, Jesse mentions that education today makes people lose their common sense! A young lady agrees, and they discuss the failure of parents against evil that destroys families. Jesse asks her, "What is a man? ... Have you met one lately that's in your age category?" She said, "No," and laughed. They approached her sometimes, and she thought they were wonderful, but found out later that they were "rejects."
Jesse asks her if she's dealt with her mother. She said, "Well, it's complicated," then says she forgave her in her heart. Jesse says, "What a cowardly way out." She says she forgave him — she says God told her she couldn't move forward without doing so. She says she sounds like a "head case," and Jesse jokingly asks her if she took her medication this morning. She wants a relationship with her dad — every soul yearns for the father.
