The Democrats are trying to pull a fast one and use the same type of tactics they used with the Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare, in getting it passed with the current budget. They have not allowed anyone in the House look at it. This is while they are supposedly close to a to a deal with Republicans regarding wall funding and border security. A deal that would give President Trump even less than he was offered for the wall prior with the stipulation it is spent on fencing.
