Mask Wars Episode 97 In the Eyes of the Law
To Whom it May Concern:
While engaged in their 'cart witnessing' beyond the bounds of the private property of their church, and with the intention of cajoling unsuspecting persons into becoming "subjects of complaint" with the Vancouver police, members of the Jehovah's Witness church will:
-Set up their temporary literature displays in multiple public areas simultaneously.
- Every 15 minutes, switch off between additional church members waiting close by.
- Subsequent to being filmed, questioned, or criticized, move their temporary literature displays from one spot to another. Occasionally, only several feet away.
- In groups comprised of as many as eight church members, convene at a single temporary literature display and then split off into multiple directions, essentially forcing persons to "follow" them no matter in which direction they travel.
- Escalate situations by (1):
- Assaulting persons, c.261(1)(a)(b) - Criminal Code.
- For the purpose of disrupting their lawful use, grabbing and kicking persons' cameras, c.430(1) - Criminal Code.
- Following, spying on, and speaking threateningly to persons, c.264(1)(a)(b)(c)(d) - Criminal Code.
- In order to feign the assumption of favorable legal leverage, pretending to be on the phone with the police.
(1) Footage of the above can be found on the XJDUB YouTube, Bitchute, and Rumble channels.
Members of the Jehovah's Witness church in Vancouver have contacted law enforcement to report being "followed", "harassed", and/or "intimidated" on approximately 60 occasions.
In response to those complaints, and in the legal execution of their duties, the Vancouver and Transit police have made 4 arrests.
In each case the recommended charges were either not approved, stayed, or, subsequent to Crown withdrawing as a result of church members failing to compel the court as to the reasonableness of their purported fear, (R v. Lefebvre, 27110-1), nullified.
In the course of engaging in their 'cart witnessing' should members of the Jehovah's Witness church persist in their attempts to weaponize the justice system against critics of their questionable practices, and should they also continue to contact law enforcement in order to complain about the "intimidating" nature of persons' efforts to document such, please bear the above in mind.
