I Professor Alfio D'Urso, lawyer of Via Vittorio Emanuele, Catania, 95131 Italy, hereby provides the following statement of facts as given in several discussions with a senior officer of the security forces of the army:
Arturo D’Elia, former head of Leonardo SpA's IT department, was indicted by the Naples Public Prosecutor's Office for technology / data manipulation and virus implantation into Leonardo SpA's main computers in December 2020.
“Under the distraction and direction of US individuals working out of the US Embassy in Rome, they undertook the operation to convert data from the November 3, 2020 US election from a significant margin of victory from Donald Trump to Joe Biden… into some states where Joe Biden lost the number of votes ”.
Defendant states that he worked at the Leonardo spa's Pescara facility and used military cyber warfare encryption capabilities to transmit and exchange voices via a military satellite from the Fucino Tower to Frankfurt, Germany.
The suspect swears that in some cases the data has been changed to represent more than the total number of registered voters.
The defendant states that he is willing to testify against all persons and entities involved in the exchange of votes from Donald Trump to Joe Biden when he will be in full protection for himself and his family.
