The eruption last night at the volcano caused significant damage to several houses in the Tagulandang province. The paroxysmal episode was of such intensity that a ballistic radius of thrown lava bombs targeted residences at distances ranging between 3.8 and 4.8 km from the summit. Houses struck by lava bombs ignited immediately.
