Video of the historic heavy snowfall today in Pine Bluff. Over 10 inches of snow fell with some spots well over a foot. Video begins with clips from tonight with the snow still piling up. Next clips are of accidents and slide offs around Pine Bluff. From :47 - 1:10​ secs the Pine Bluff Fire Department was working to keep their station cleared of snow using water and shovels. Then some shots from downtown Pine Bluff showing the heavy snow. At 3:07​ kids playing in the heavy snow. From 3:48​ on are some shots of a electrical power substation. Arkansas is also under threat from power outages and rolling blackouts.
