A vax centre was closed down by police on October 1st 2022 at UWE, Bristol. A crime ref number was given. Without investigation, it was reopened on October 3rd, and a group of professionals attended to appeal to the police to work with them to keep the vax centre closed, until the crime being investigated was complete. The police refuse to engage or accept evidence, so due to dereliction of duty, a veteran by the name of CPL Dale Vincent makes a citizens arrest. The policeman attempts to escape, and then cries assault.

POLICE ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW. IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY AS LAW ABIDING CITIZENS TO UPHOLD THE LAW. IF A CRIME IS BEING COMMITTED, WE HAVE THE POWER TO MAKE A CITIZENS ARREST UNDER SECTION 24A OF THE POLICE AND CRIMINAL EVIDENCE ACT 1984.
