WOMEN'S FEELINGS: THE NEW BASIS OF THE LEGAL SYSTEM

I'm sure some points in this article have validity. Sure, most women tend to get a feeling about creepy men.
What responsible women do is own those feelings and stay away from such men.
But that is not what irresponsible women do, women who think the creepy man has something they want.
A key takeaway from this entire media campaign for me is the conclusion that due process can be jettisoned.
If women feel something: that's it – a man's life can be utterly destroyed. No judge. No jury. No due process. Nothing.
I'm not defending Weinstein.
I am saying that a woman's feelings are no basis for a system of jurisprudence.
Women feel all sorts of things. But law is supposed to be based on establishing facts to reach reasonable conclusions.
It is meant to be based on a preponderance of evidence.
The correct name for a system in which law and due process play no part is tyranny. And I think this is what is at the bottom of this whole campaign.
I think the ruling elite have been very clever on this one. Having used "women's feelings" to destroy so much, they are leveraging them again to camouflage a brilliant incursion into what remains of liberty.
Weinstein has been destroyed. He has lost his wife, his children, his position, and any hope of a future.
Has he been charged? No.
Has he been conclusively judged? Absolutely.
Here the principle is being writ large - just so everyone understands it. But smaller versions of the same thing are coming to millions of men's lives very soon.
If you thought men's lives were hell before (men getting crucified in family courts by any woman who feels like stealing his life), it's all going to get a load worse now.
Just see if it doesn't.
