Republicans, Please Get With It

Why is it so hard for Republicans in Congress to lead. They run scared. A slim majority of Republicans in the House voted for the recent 1.2 trillion budget bill, the second half of the omnibus bill. The bill would not have passed without Democrats when the Republicans control the House. What is wrong with this picture? Speaker Johnson and many Republicans so fear shutting down the government, even though only about 25 percent of the government shuts down. The Congress has the power of the purse, about the only leverage they have, but many Republicans are afraid to use it. They only care about the next election and don't want to rock the boat, the antithesis of leadership. Our country is being destroyed by the Democrats, it's about saving the country. Why have a majority if they are not going to use it. And the Senate is even worse with worthless Mitch. With some exceptions, they have no clue about the evil we are up against in the Marxist Democrat Party. It's time to learn quickly if the country will be saved.
