Spintires, or Russian Trucking Simulator, is a game in which the player ('you') has to drive a truck through what is essentially impassible and impossible terrain. You drive old, beat up, chunky pieces of metal that should have died years ago through rivers, lakes, endless seas of mud, up mountains, over bumpy fields, into and out of forests and every once in a while... on an actual road.
