The idea of this video arose because I was looking for Filipino nationalist (Or at least patriotic) music and I was surprised by the fact that, not only was there not even a compilation of Filipino patriotic music, but that the only compilation of Filipino music was of communist music (There's also a video that says to compile Filipino patriotic music, but actually, they are just the same songs from the communist compilation with a different title and background image).
That's why I decided to make a more decent compilation, originally this video was going to be called "One Hour of Filipino Nationalist Music" and was going to also have songs in Tagalog and music from the Japanese occupation, but seeing that most of the music that I found were hispanic filipino songs, I decided to change the course so that it would be in this way.
