Jenkins writes, "The crass ineptitude of a quarter of a century of Western military interventions should have taught us some lessons. Apparently not." One who has definitely not learned the lessons is Joe Biden, who continues to push for $60 billion more for war in Ukraine, while verbally tripping over "red lines" in comments on Gaza!
