These bean burgers are so good prepared like this, all our friends love them. These are Gluten Free - Vegan and Very Low Fat.

3 cans of Black B…

3 cans of Black Beans
1 can of Kidney Beans
1 cup of Oats
1 cup of Cooked Brown Rice
1 TBSP Ground Flax Mixed with 3 TBSP of Warm Water
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup of BBQ Sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke

Mix in Stand mixer or in bowl with potato masher. Press mix into silicon burger molds or between wax paper. Freeze overnight. Air fry at 375 for 15-20 mins until crispy on both sides. Top with our garlic hummus, seasoning salt and fresh broccoli sprouts.
