Ruling class enforcers don't like doing work
In this video we are visiting the Spokane County Sheriff's office and the Spokane Police department in order to get them to enforce Washington Revised Code(RCW) 28A.330.060 and RCW 42.20.030. Adam Swinyard the superintendent of Spokane Public schools did not file his oath of office correctly and as a result is violating the above mentioned laws.
