Pearl Productions believes this bill, although vaguely written, would set Federal precedent, establishing standard operating procedures in the issuance of reparations to descendants of slaves in the United States. This bill should in no means be overlooked or ignored, it’s been introduced into federal legislation.
Negroes, Foundational Black Americans, African descendants of slaves, etc. must exert pressure in order to propel H.R.40 to the Senate and onto the desk of the President of the United States. As we move H.R.40, we have the ability to create its substance, including remedies, delineations, etc. It’s called setting precedent.
