Hey Doc,just wanted to say, from the bottom of the planet, thank you for helping me with getting to sleep using this method. I’ve struggled for a long time with lack of sleep that really does affect your life and outlook and, after using this method for about a week, last night I slept like a baby! I’ve watched and used your advice on many other occasions and think you’re a legend!

Tried it las night. Had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Usually wake up at night a few times but was able to sleep straight through and woke up feeling great! Thanks Doc I really appreciate you!"
