🔴 Datron 4700 Calibrator Repair Part 2 - No. 826

I continue the repair of my Datron 4700 calibrator.

The Datron 4700 is very similar to the Datron 4705, Datron 4708, as well as the Datron 4200A and Datron 4000.

I keep looking to identify the units problems, I find the cause of the shorted supply rail and fix it, and then start diagnosing the output voltage faults, and check all of the power supply rails.
