As they enter into a dark tunnel as the boat they are on for no apparent reason speeds rapidly out of control as if falling down into an abyss while experiencing a horrific series of psychedelic nightmare scenes as Wonka is swept up into a ridiculous hyper-manic frenzy seemingly delighted in this terrifying predicament his hapless victims now find themselves in. As there is no way out or any possible means of escape.
