Skyscrapers aren't solid like a Jenga tower, they're 90% air.
There were no other huge beams connecting the core to the exterior except at the very top of the tower, it was steel construction with concrete decking
There was no lateral force at the time of collapse so the towers fell straight down
As the top of the tower powerfully crushed through the floors below,
the air inside those floors powerfully ejected material out from the building.
This air also traveled down the elevator shafts and
forcefully exploded further down the tower as it fell.
There was more than enough momentum to crush all the floors below.

The top 15% of the building cannot crush the bottom 85% of the building all the way down to the ground. Not enough energy. If it were possible then one crew constructing experiments where you take the top 15% of a structure drop it on the bottom 85% and crush it all the way down to the ground. Can you come up with an example??

I read the same page you did and it says that the maximum velocity is point 86 mark. But it doesn't say what altitude?

You discredit the searchers and the volunteers who attempt to find these people. You don't mention the lack of cooperation from the park service to release missing person data.
