This is a fandub parody by Seishun Shitemasu. I think the part at the beginning was supposed to be at the end of UC:0069 The Jion Years. There's a short part towards the end where the video cuts out because the auto tracking gave up but the audio is okay. Maybe if recorded through the time base corrector box or if auto tracking were disabled it could be fixed. The trade off is the quality of the rest of the video is better. It may be possible to get a better recording of this. Just watched it. The blacking out problem is worse than I thought. I am probably going to reupload this.
