Anybody who knows me personally by just looking at my face in this video i have lost 5 years simply from a sea salt protocol hydration system of healing in only 10 days.
When you eat a plant or fruit it is mostly sweet, this is because of the fact that these organisms store starch or sugar for their energy source.
There is not a single mammal in the realm that stores starch or sugar, they all store fat.
This proves the point that mammals store fat because it is the primary energy source.
Plants store sugar because it is their main energy source.
Therefore plants should eat sugar
And mammals should eat fat
Mammals do not need any sugars at all
Plant life is built with plant parts
Mammal organisms consist of proteins and fat
Every cell, the brain, all hormones and transportation mechanisms are built with amino acids, saturated fat and cholesterol
Therefore mammals eating these things is the ideal formulation for health and healing
In nature mammals eat things raw
We are of the same nature as them
We appear the same in time and space
We have the same parts as them
We absorb nutrients raw exponentially quicker than cooked products, no animals cook their foods so why are we wasting time and energy
Therefore eat everything raw
No grains, nor legumes, nor vegetables, nor fruit and just to be clear it is no sugars or carbohydrates of any form
So what should you eat primarily?
This is the riddle but it's completely obvious 🙏
Dietary fiber is indigestible to humans. We do not have the enzyme to break it down, where ruminant animals are able to break fiber down to usable components.
Fiber is left to fermenting in the colon and creates nothing more than gas and bloat.
Where do these vegetables and grains grow in the wild? Nowhere we have to grow them.
And why is that?
Because they are not natural, they are man made.
Insoluble and soluble is the trick here making most believe that one is better than the other, they are both unusable and inflict harm to the digestive system, and were created so human can buy them.
Humans have created a green bin recycling system to retrieve non digestibles from households, along with an entire sewage system and recycling plant which is processing for the most part partially fermented fibrous material from human colons.
Not to mention the billions of dollars they spend growing monocrops and human expenditures on so called food which they cannot digest and which have next to no nutrients and are filled with toxins.
This includes all grain, legumes, vegetables and their ongoing fruits and seeds. All toxins, herbicide and pesticide infested monocrops raping and destroying earth masses around the world
The answer is ruminate muscle eggs butter and sea salt.
Phyto cholesterol is not equal to plant cholesterol
Avocadoes, olives, their fruit or seed oils and any other plant derived fats and proteins are unequal to animal products
Mono or poly and unsaturated fats are not saturated animal fat and cholesterol, it is simply a fact in nature.
Again the human cell is composed of a certain combination of amino acids, saturated fat and cholesterol and cannot be denied
Anything but animal products lack vital nutrients, amino acids and cholesterol... period.
The conclusion is that this point has been driven home and it can be put to rest forever.
What i tell clients is to start a low salt water regime and just quit the grains first, sit in that accomplishment for two months and see the results you have and take the journey onwards from there
