Weeb Trying to Lose Weight: Day 9

I'm trying to drop 47 pounds before I go to Tokyo next year in March. To do this, I'm eating better and doing the Insanity by Beachbody program. I'm holding myself accountable by posting a video every morning immediately following my workout. I hope that it can help others feel motivated on their weight loss journeys as well.

Today I'm down to 196 pounds from the 197 I started at last week. I'm also still down 1 pant size (from a 17/18 to a 15/16).

Today's video is about Week Two's Pure Cardio exercise which is 20+ minutes of intense, non-stop cardio.
