Disinfo Agent Richard Hoagland Gives Mars Presentation March 20,1990 at NASA Lewis Research Center

I purchased a VHS from eBay thinking it may have had some info about a possible moon hoax set. Instead I got a VHS of a presentation that he gave at NASA to thousands of scientists. This proves that NASA wants this info out or wants people to believe it. Or why doesn't NASA allow someone from the Flat Earth to give a presentation to thousands of scientists at their facility?
