There's nothing more miserable in comics than seeing bad creative ideas fail over and over again. Watching Marvel destroy Spider-Man on One More Day is horrible, but seeing them double-down over the years makes it much worse. The latest example of DC Comics doubling-down on terrible creative is Nightwing. Specifically Bea, who started as a bartender, became Nightwing's girlfriend. Bea is now completely unrecognizable after DC decided the only reason fans rejected the character is her history and powers weren't convoluted enough.
