Ernest Ramirez at a Covid Vaccine-related rally in Los Angelas, CA. Ramirez alleges that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) "contacted me and asked me to change the cause of death to my son to Covid so that they could help me financially". He further alleged on January 13, 2023 on his Twitter account (@rgvrunner01) that FEMA had emailed him again for the same purpose. To date the related emails have not been released by Ramirez due (according to Ramirez) to a pending law suit.

Ernest Ramirez's son, 16-year old Ernest Ramirez Jr. reportedly died on April 24, 2021 from complications due to myocarditis, five days after receiving the Pfizer Covid shot.

In a separate interview (According to Ramirez), his son had recently had a clean physical exam prior to the events leading to his death.
