Fauci Recording has Surfaced Showing The Plan to Create a Pandemic to Vaccinate mRNA (Oct 2019)

A video has surfaced of Dark Lord Fauci discussing the creation of a pandemic in order to create a system which could be used to force mandated vaccinations on people using mRNA as people wouldnt want to take a product that hasnt gone through trials. Creating a "disruptive event that will blow up the system in place using an Avian like Flu, from maybe China". Reported on OneAmericaNews (OAN).
