The Rule 15.1 Disclosure Database is intended to be used only by participants within Arizona’s criminal justice system for purposes of complying with the State’s disclosure obligations under Rule 15.1, Ariz.R.Crim.P., Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83 (1963), and its progeny. The Rule 15.1 Disclosure Database may not be used for any improper purpose.
Placement in the database is not evidence of any misconduct by anyone named on the Rule 15.1 Disclosure Database. This database does not assess the credibility of any listed individual, nor the admissibility of any evidence relating to a listed individual.
The information contained on the Rule 15.1 Disclosure Database may be periodically updated. You are advised the Rule 15.1 Disclosure Database may not be current, correct, complete, or up-to-date. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk. Copying, or further dissemination of the database is prohibited.
