So many of your videos seem to get into female nature and *why* one should go MGTOW, but not *how*. I wish there were more material on what MGTOWs should do to sustain themselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually in the absence of romantic love, sex, and companionship/partnership. I've brainstormed myself a bit and have come up with meditation and/or prayer for the spiritual and emotional self-care. Massage (which is easy to afford when you're not blowing money on dates), moderate exercise, and good diet for physical self-care. Social time with family and/or platonic friends for the social aspect of emotional self-care. I personally also choose not to indulge in porn because of the addictive / depravity-spiralling aspect of it and instead prefer using my own imagination when doing my "bedroom wrist exercises". I can't prove it scientifically, but I feel like pornography leaves a person more likely to feel even lonelier if over-indulged. However, if and when lover robot rental showrooms go mainstream, I'd love to add that to my self-care regimen. I want to also emphasize that many MGTOW men will need a paradigm shift in their approach to exercise and diet to move away from a female-pleasing aesthetic focus towards a self-care emphasis on health, energy, emotional well-being, and cognitive acuity. I know I've droned on here at length, so now I want to ask both what you think of my own brainstorms on this topic AND if you have more to add on it?
