in North America: Montreal 10,827 ft., Toronto 6,890 ft., Boston 4,101ft., Chicago 2,953 ft. It states this was around 21,000 yrs. ago. Amazing, isn't it?
Lots of interesting facts, based on the scientific method, about the earth's changes going back 600 million years.
