Democrats say they have 200 votes in the House to raise the federal minimum wage from $7.25/hour to $15. But a new study from the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) says that in addition to lifting 1.3 million households above the official poverty line, raising the minimum wage would kill up to 3.7 million jobs.
