I am currently reading William Butler Yeat's book, The Secret Rose,

As a tune didn't leap at me from the partial translation, I thought this story needs a ballad to be written for it.

Would love to hear if anyone has heard the "I see yonder the tomhan of rowan and holly" line in a ballad.
