I also have "deactivated" viruses. I used to just say "KILL" like the sprays that kill 99.99% of "bacteria and viruses" but some people give me a hard time about it! UGH Rigid thinking. Also I guess it's a good time to let people know I already am fully aware of the exosome theory. I've entertained it and it could be True but I have not accepted it as Truth yet. It doesn't matter because I still get results. I must be doing something right! ;)

Although Health Optimization is ONLY for people willing to invest in their health (both time & money) & who are ready to put in the work! It's not THAT hard but it's definitely a learning process and evolution. Definitely MORE work than popping a magic pharmakiea pill.
***I'm not telling anyone to stop seeing docs or to stop taking pharmaceuticals. That is just what I chose to do ONLY when my Natural Health Optimization talent allowed me to stop relying on them. I DID have to go back and take antibiotics once during my transition, which you'll hear about in this video series at some point.***
BUT, there's a REASON I'm here making videos... it's because PHARMA never worked BEST for me.... allopathic "medicine" WAS SLOW-KILLING ME, in my opinion! You'll see some evidence as I'm showing you my health records in this video for some extra fun!
Even though, REALLY what matters MOST evidence-wise is building up citizen science. If TONS of people practice Natural Health Optimization and start doing what I did and healing themselves and killing pathogens... then I think that might count as a bit of evidence. Then maybe we'll get some more controlled studies going in the future to extra confirm.
I'll NEVER GO BACK (as long as my natural ways keep working!) so just IMAGINE WHY I FEEL THIS WAY!!!!!! FANTASTIC RESULTS... THATS WHY!
Even though pharmakiea is a lot easier, it can come with side effects & iatrogenic injuries/deaths!!!! I learned that the HARD way. You'll hear about my iatrogenic injury (mine was antibiotic gut damage) & much more in this video!
