Took our dear friend to the hospital because her doctor told her to go to the ER for intravenous Antibiotic to fight of an severe infection that stemmed from an injury...
We were met with a gang of thug doctors and administrators and when the police we called to enforce the patients rights secured under Title II of The Civil Rights Act of 1964 the Officers made the wrong decision to bully an elderly woman.
The officers forgot that they took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, The Constitution of Texas and all laws made pursuant thereof.
Everything else that conflicts cannot stand and under Art. 6 Sec. 2 and is therefore notwithstanding.
Her Liberty under her 5th and 14th amendments was violated by the Lewisville Texas Police Department. They clearly acknowledged by their actions whom they serve, and it is definitely not the American people or either Constitution!
They upheld and enforced a discriminatory act and policy that comes into direct conflict with state and federal laws and bullied, harassed and coerced our dear friend (The patient) into giving up her basic right to make a decision under her faith for herself in order to either be thrown out or get service! These actions are criminal, inhuman and anti-American!
