Gangstalkers throwing out most likely liquor bottles and cigar parts

Yeah... All day everyday day someone is out in front of my house doing just this....looks like a stakeout to me.
Don't even begin to blame me for this shit...I've been cleaning it up since I got here because I don't want my children picking it up...eff that, not my responsibility... there's broken glass and drugs everywhere, I'll do my best to chase my boys down, but they get injured, that shit is on my landlords for allowing this.
This happens to be the only lot without a camera, that's why there's always shootings here, I witnessed 2 since early am of June 26 ..I was babysitting 5 other children that night, it was my birthday & I didn't have anything better to do..I'm not a partier. Losing sound judgement doesn't sound like a good time to me.. especially in a hell hole like this... But given all circumstances, Im thinking the lack of security cameras here is intentional.
