On the 8th of March you will be asked to vote on changes to Article 41 on the concept of family in the Constitution. The amendment proposed will be to insert the words “whether founded on marriage or on other durable relationships” after the state recognises the family.
The second change proposed will be to delete the section that refers to women and mothers and insert new text providing recognition for care provided by family members to each other.
