Interview with eye witness on the FL pedestrian bridge collapse

REPORT: 8 cars crushed under the bridge. Numerous feared dead but at least 3 are known dead right now. One child was seen in one of the crushed cars bloodied but alive, crying for help while the driver and passenger in front are dead. One car occupants, covered in a yellow tarp, is dead. Stress tests were reportedly being conducted at the time of the collapse but not confirmed. This test was to determine if the bridge could stand up under that stress being applied in the test. If this is true, the question is, why would they conduct such a test while traffic is being allowed to pass under the bridge? This bridge was in the last stage of finishing construction to be opened to pedestrians next week.
