Most people, especially younger people haven't thought alot about nucelar weaspons, and nuclear deterrents, and they tend to quite cavalier in their comments about nuclear weapons. This makes me very nervous. I think the Ukraine crisis, which goes back to your comments about the thrid tranche of NATO expansion, may be seen as the biggest problem."
