The breakdown of Chapter 3:
Ok so Kate is in the Hospital due to the roof top issue.
Max sneaks out to meet up with Chloe to go through the Principles office. Afterwards they go for a swim and almost get caught. Max ends up having to go to Chloe's for the night. Shit goes down and David is kicked out by Joyce for the time being.
Victoria snuck out to meet with Mr. Jefferson(who I still don't trust). She try's to hit on him then blackmail him and neither one works out well for her.
Nathen is definitely the drug pusher for the school.
It has been confirmed that Rachel and Frank were hooking up. And the Frank is connected to Nathen.
Chloe can't handle Rachel being with Frank and drops Max back at school. Max starts looking at a picture from the day William, Chloe's Dad, died. Some how Max's powers let her go back and save him but it changes everything. She has messed with time to much and its not going to end well. Now she's in a alternate time line with no memories of it and this is going to be interesting.
