Can't sit for Meditation? Then this is for you!!

I tell you, you guys are hypnotized by the concepts of unconscious, subconscious. All these are non-sense. The moment you sit, you have a strong belief, "I have consciousness, that will raise thoughts in me, I cannot keep quiet more than 10 minutes and I will be restless", when you have so much of dirt inside, how do you able to sit
