Drop That Opening Bid if You Really Don't Want to Take a Property Back at the Trustee Sale

I should have dropped my opening bid at the trustee sale because I really didn't want to end up on title. If I would have dropped it to $20K, it would have gotten bid up to whatever the market was, and then I wouldn't have to be dealing with securing it, insuring it, selling it... not fun to have long distance vacant property... not a good combination!!
