He was one of the first kids to appear on a milk carton back in the 80's. He has never been found although his mother claims he came to visit her and that he is in hiding.

Apparently, the pedophile ring he was involved in was particularly good at fear-mongering. Paul Bonacci of the Franklin Cover-Up, claims he helped abduct Johnny.
