This is a day where events can turn one way into another. It’s like a feeling of being on edge - I call this prickly energy. It’s not good to stay in any one place too long... air and movement are needed. So when the energy is giving you advanced notice like this, it means that big change is happening. You’ll notice a few extra aches and pains in your body and for some, headaches too. It’s resistance - in you and outside of you - so it’s important that you are letting go, staying fluid and you’re open to respond by going with the flow. This is not the time to try to bend your environment to your will. Don’t create more resistance - you want to minimize it so you can work with and thrive with what comes.
