In this episode we take a deeper look at common law. In particular if you get a penalty charge notice such as want to do with lockdown I would reply with a NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE.

It is very important that you stay in honour and peace. Their entire maritime law system is based on viewing the person as an enemy combatant and a belligerent.

You are not a person , you are a man or a woman. A person is something they made up so that they could take your energy from you. We have Creator energy. Fictions do not.
