The Scottish National Party have introduced a new hate crime bill that goes as far as covering "where it is likely that hatred will be stirred up". This is such a far-reaching piece of legislation that could easily be used to criminalise criticism of government and essentially cements #Scotland as a progressive nation and opposed to #FreeSpeech.
