It could very well be that this year the Nevada Secretary of State is contracted with BallotTrax, or its parent company i3logix. However, in the 2020 General Election, this was not the case. In addition, i3logix wasn't even registered in the State of Nevada until July of 2021.

Is the interim Registrar of Voters correct in that the State of Nevada is contracted with the third party known as BallotTrax for 2022? The former Registrar of Voters thought this true in 2020, and she was provably wrong.

The County Board of Commissioners were made aware of these facts in an open comment that I gave on October 18, yet ignored these valid concerns.
