I was initiated into my meditation practice in 1995 and I was told that if I meditated for 2.5 hours daily, if I lived an ethical and non-violent life, if I abstained from drugs and alcohol, I would have inner spiritual experiences.
I went home and started meditating. I even stopped going to Uni for a couple of weeks because I wanted to have these inner spiritual experiences. Instead of 2.5 hours, I meditated 9 hours a day for the first 2 weeks, and guess what, the inner experiences have never stopped since then.

In this video, I am sharing a view of my early inner experiences, which gave me a clear insight of what happens after we take our last breath on this earth and what is really important while living.

In 2001 I asked in meditation how to be able to focus better in meditation and how to have more
energy so I would not fall asleep during meditation. This is when I was let to raw veganism.
